Pablo, a law student at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, focuses his practice in advising clients on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions matters. He is the founder and director of the Corporate Law and Corporate Transactions Research Group at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he also serves as a teaching assistant for the Corporate Law course.

He contributed to the drafting of Bill No. 467 of 2024, which proposes a comprehensive modernization of Colombia’s corporate law framework. Pablo is also a Junior Fellow of the Ibero-American Institute of Law and Finance.
